I have not received an email.

Have you had a birth chart made and are you waiting for an email? You can do this:

  • You will only receive an email if you entered your email address when completing the questionnaire. If you have not done so, you will be forwarded directly to your birth chart after the payment screen.

  • Check your spam or junk email folder. The email may have ended up here.

  • Search your e-mail program for 'Birthchart' and see if the e-mail comes up. The mail may have ended up in another folder (such as the Gmail advertising folder).

  • Wait an hour. If the mail server is busy, it may take a little longer before the mail is received.

Still nothing happens or do you suspect that you have made a typing error when entering your email address? Please contact us via Facebook Messenger live chat and we can solve the problem for you.

Usually everything will be fine if you have some patience, and in any case we can always help you further if nothing really happens.
